At RockAuto, Bilingual Customer Support Specialists do not read from scripts; they listen to the needs of customers to solve problems and identify ways to make our website the best place to purchase auto parts online. You will use your Spanish, German and/or French skills to respond to calls and emails from customers, create and implement solutions to customer concerns and help translate, maintain and improve our user-friendly website (available in Spanish, French and German versions).
- Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program
- Fluency in Spanish, French and/or German (as well as English)
- Excellent customer service skills: ability to listen closely, think quickly and problem-solve effectively
- Familiarity with car model names, part descriptions and other automotive terms
- Advanced computer skills – you will be using our automated translation tools and order-processing software, and contributing design ideas for our e-commerce website
- Eagerness to have an immediate impact on business
Must be able to work from our Madison, WI office and have the ability to work for any US employer without visa sponsorship.
We are open seven days a week. Part Time Bilingual Customer Support Specialists must work a minimum of 16 hours per week up to 40 hours per week (early afternoon to late evening availability). Some weekend availability is required. Full Time Bilingual Customer Support Specialists must work 40 hours per week (early morning to early evening availability).
