Sun Visor Features:
Constructed of medium density fiberboard that combines wood fibers, wax, and resin under high temperatures and pressure to produce an inner structure that is both flexible and strong.
Moisture resistant clay coated chipboard is used to prevent warping and allow the binding to be sewn straight.
All inner boards have edges beveled and routed to ensure the binding is firmly nested against the edges of the visor.
All metal channels are galvanized steel, rust resistant, and are attached to the fiberboard using a pneumatic rivet machine for strength and long life.
All visor pins are heavy duty steel plated with zinc and securely welded in the correct position as the original.
All materials are laminated to each other to prevent separation.
