Single-Use Medium Strength Threadlocker BLUE; 1g Pouch
Convenient single-use pouch delivers the right amount for the job. OEM specified. All-purpose, medium strength threadlocker. Ideal for all nut and bolt applications 1/4? to 3/4? (6mm to 20mm). Eliminates need for stocking expensive lock nuts and lock washers. Locks and seals while preventing parts loosening due to vibration. Protects threads from corrosion. Removable with hand tools for easy disassembly.
Suggested Applications: Bonds rigid materials including aluminum, brass, chrome, copper, iron, stainless steel, steel; cracked transmission cases, chipped heads, rear end castings, cracked blocks, cracked intake manifolds, damaged keyways, and split stampings.
Directions for Use:
Clean fastener surfaces
Knead pouch gently before using. Cut or tear pouch at notches
Apply threadlocker to both parts
Assemble and torque as required
NOTE: Parts maybe returned to service immediately. Handling strength in 30 to 60 minutes, full cure in 24 hours at room temperature. May attack some thermoplastics.
