Hoses must pass tests for static and dynamic pressure, burst pressure and temperature extremes.

- Premium quality EPDM rubber used in most hoses; designed to help resist heat, oil, grease, antifreeze and all approved coolant additives.
- EPDM construction often includes reinforcements, depending on application and use, including Kevlar, Nomex, Technora, and Rayon.
