Control:

• Incoming Inspection: IQC (Incoming Quality Control) inspection is completed on all outsourced materials to verify all major reference characteristics are up to standards
• Full Process Control: Quality assurance and computer control throughout the entire production
• Final Inspection: All SKP products go through an inline and final auditing process before leaving the production facility

Testing:

• Tensile Strength and Compression Tests: Tests for the fracture initiation threshold
• Durability Test: Tests the service life under conditions of use and maintenance
• Low-Temp Aging Test: Tests the service life under conditions below a set low-temp
• High-Temp Aging Test: Tests the service life under conditions above a set high-temp
• Ozone Resistance Test: Tests service life under conditions above certain ozone levels
• Hardness Test: Tests the properties of the surface hardness of solid materials
• Salt/Fog Test: Tests the corrosion resistance of materials and coatings
