R-Line brake kits by Raybestos are the safe and dependable solution for everyday driving conditions. Each R-Line kit includes a set of pads, a pair of rotors and a pair of calipers.

Rotors were developed from OE samples and made with G3000-qualified material to ensure proper form, fit and function for dependable performance
Rotors meet the SAE standard for tensile strength, providing structural integrity and a maximum service life
Rotors feature a non-directional ground finish for easy installation
Caliper seals, boots, bleeder screws and o-rings are replaced to guarantee leak free performance
Calipers feature EPDM70 rubber components included for superior heat resistance, performance and durability
Caliper brackets included where applicable
Pad material is ceramic or semi-metallic to match OE
Pads are slotted and chamfered to match OE design leading to reduced noise, vibration, harshness
Pads include premium layered steel shims
Installation Tips
Suspend the caliper from the suspension using a Caliper Hanger to prevent damage to the brake hose
Before installing the rotor, clean the hub face with a Wire Brush to remove rust buildup and apply Copper Anti Seize to prevent future buildup. Rust or debris on the hub can cause rotor runout and lead to wheel vibration
Apply brake lube to caliper pins, clips, the edges of the brake pad mounting tabs, and the back side of the brake pads to ensure noise free braking. DO NOT apply lube to the friction side of the brake pads
Use a Caliper Piston Compressor to retract the caliper piston(s) and make room for the new, thicker brake pads
Open the master cylinder reservoir during piston compression to prevent pressure buildup. Keep an eye on the Brake Fluid level to ensure it does not overflow
After the job is complete, pump the brake pedal several times to push the caliper piston back up against the pads to ensure proper brake function
