Dynamic Remanufacturing has a time proven successful approach to the remanufacturing processes and procedures to provide the highest quality torque converters that meet or exceed OEM standards. In many cases, updates in the design and/or materials are utilized to fix known OE failures and improve durability. Each torque converter is remanufactured with the OEM design intent and those characteristics (i.e. k-factor and stall torque ratio) are not altered during the remanufacturing process.
The Remanufacturing Process Steps:
- Disassembly, cleaned, and component parts re-validated
- New hub replacement on majority of units
- Mandatory part replacement of seals and O-rings
- Bearings tested for noise, vibration, and harshness
- Pressure tested for leakage
- Balanced for vibration/shudder
- 100% inspected at final assembly
- Packaged
