Sound Deadeners help insulate your vehicle from road noise and engine heat. Mastic with pad is an acoustic noise barrier material consisting of Jute Padding laminated with a thin layer of Asphaltic Mastic and a Black Paper backing. Thickness average is a combination 3/8" Pad with 1/16" Asphaltic Mastic. This material is most commonly used in Corvettes. (Note: Thickness of material may change the fit of the carpet). ACC sound deadeners meet federal standards for flammability retardation. It's the perfect beginning when replacing your carpet and to increase its durability.

EVA- install poly side down / paper side up.
Mastic With Pad- install pad side down.
Foil With Pad- install pad side down.
